The Water Quality Laboratory (WQL) Project is a new development project that will include design and construction services. The WQL was built 30 years ago and is in need of expansion, due to the growth of the City. The new Water Quality Lab will be built within the confines of the Jacob Hands Wastewater Treatment Facility so no new additional land will be required for this project.
